Getting here from Gongdeok Station
Four lines stop at Gongdeok: Line 5, Line 6, the Gyeongui-Jungang Line and the Airport Railroad. From Yeouido or Gwanghwamun take Line 5; from Seoul Station or Gimpo Airport take the Airport Railroad, with no transfer.
With four lines crossing, the exits and transfer corridors are long. Ask on the phone which exit is closest before you get off.

If you finish around midnight, check the last train for your own line. The Airport Railroad and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line keep different last-train times from the other lines.

Around Mapo
Around Gongdeok, office towers fill the day and barbecue and pancake alleys fill the evening, so the walk from dinner is short.
From Yeouido, Mapo Bridge brings you straight to Gongdeok. On Friday evenings, when the bridge is jammed, Line 5 is faster than a taxi.
Mapo and Aeogae stations are within walking distance too. If your group arrives at different stations, meet at Gongdeok Station.
